A lapis lazuli look was the wish of the customer who commissioned this gignera for the top of this guitar. The look was realised in an elaborate lacquering process. Matching Gold-plated hardware was chosen to match the flamboyant top. A further customer request where offset block inlays made of pearloid placed on the left edge of the fingerboard. The covers of the pickups and the body binding made of the same material loosen up the noble appearance of the instrument. The back of the instrument is characterised by the natural charm of the oiled mahogany wood. The electronics cover has been realised in polished brass, following the gold-plated hardware on the front, whose natural aging process develops a unique patina that will further sharpen the instrument’s character.
